History: Konrad was born and raised on Baltillia, a world where pure strain humans had evolved natually.He was pursuing a promising career in Combustion engineering when the soviets invaded.Two months before hand the soviets had insisted that Baltillia dissolve into the union, but the stubborn pure strains would not surrender their independence Vraxx immediately took up arms in the Baltillian resistance.Despite the fierce resistance the Baltillians displayed the overwhelming might of the soviets prevailed as per usual.The few remaining.Batillians were "re-educated" and renamed to ease their amalgamation into the soviet union.However Vraxx would not be taken in by high flown promises of galactic peace,it pained him to see his homeworld desecrated by the impure humans belonging to the union.When he was conscripted into the soviet red army he saw an oppertunity,he now seeks to find out all he can about the reds and give this infomation to a faction he believes may be able to destroy the soviets thus far without success,however with all the factions battling on Nu earth he feels sure he can find a worthy contender
