Let it be known that commanders of factions have the ability to make as many characters out of nothing whenever they want. Most commanders don't lead from the front, so they get the chance to make up characters on the fly.

Personality: (How do they act?)

History: (From when they were born to where they are now. Detail is appreciated here)
