This is an abandoned hive for the monsters that live on Nu Earth. No one knows what cleared them out, but the hive is massive and parts of it tunnel underground. It has been nicknamed, "The Hive" by the human soldiers who found it, but it's former human classification was, H-241-U. There are numerous entrances and exits, but the shell has become somewhat brittle and can be punctured with large amounts of weapon's fire. The only unexplored regions are the dark catacombs underneath the hive. There are two exits to get down there and no one is sure what is down there.

Aristarkh walked into the hive followed by no one. It was MAT's objective to know the native creature's of Nu Earth's origin and even just some of the random areas of the hive. Walking to the entrance of the catacombs He peeked at every Single drop of old wax or even material that made the Catacomb.
There was a sharp change of light that made chills go down Aristarkh's back. Reaching up he switch the light atop his helmet on and began to look around the old passage ways. The creapy part about all of this he Couldnt help nit feeling that he wasnt alone.
Aristarkh reached to his mic that had been a bit modified to a voice recorder. He spoke one statement into it slowly and clearly so that everyone would know. LT. Aristarkh Ilya Hetencho reporting for voice statement one the code name area H-241-U "The Hive". Low grumbles arise as the fragile state isnt clear in the Catacombs."

Gryzunova was the second man of the squad to climb out of small opening in the lower levels of "the hive" and felt he had to shield his eyes from the pitiful light yieled by the cracks in the hive's outer wall, several days of nightmarish exploraition of the underground labyrinth had yielded nothing other than a few encounters with hunters and various other beasties. "Radio op, see if you can get a signal we must be above ground now" the squad's leader said, he then sat down against a wall and removed his helmet, most of the other men did likewise.Except for Gryzunova, he woldn't let a few days without food water or sleep take him off edge sure he was a little clumsy for it and his reaction times had slipped but he was still as determined as ever. Little did they know it bt they had travelled for miles beneath the planets surface to wind up within the hive, not all that far from Cascade locks.Gryzunova's killer instinct was bugging him and not just because he was around men he wanted dead, there was something or someone near by, ignoring both his officer and his own principles of stealth through fatigue he walked through a roughly door sized opening, his weapon at his hip.
