The human Outpost WO-107, or White October is situated deep in a valley about 80 kilometers away from Fort Pastor. The narrow pass that connects them does not make resupply available in snowstorms or after them. The base does have large razorwire barricades and an 8 foot high fence. The above ground base sports a barracks, many weapons emplacements, and a large watch tower in the middle. It has more supply and soldier stores in the 2 levels underground.
