Enclave Space Platform Navarro

The second largest base is Space Platform Navarro, a pre-War Poseidon Corp refinery-turned-military base acting as a waystation for shuttles and their primary military outpost in orbit of Nu Earth. It is heavily defended, with dual plasma turrets covering the perimeter and guards in advanced power armor stationed in the base and patrolling the areas around it, with deadly efficiency.

Jacob slipped in and out of consciousness. Every time he did hed hear voices.

"Genetic screening complete hes 100 percent human."

"Vitals are ok, he should be fine soon."

Jacob finally woke up and was feeling much much better now, it was like hed just gone on vacation and was in tip top shape. Jacob looked around, he appeared to be in a hospital of sorts, Jacob sat up to take a look around. The ceiling floor and walls were all white and shiny with different lines and decorations, there were also many strange tools and an IV next to him. Jacob did not recognize much in the room except for the IV and, on his right was an American flag.

"So the Americans saved me, Good show!" Jacob smiled at the thought.

The door in the room slid open, a man in an overcoat and hat walked up to him.

"Son, its good that you made it, because we can use every man we can get. Not just any men either, men as resourceful and as pure as you."

"Thank you sir, but what exactly am I getting signed up for?"

Well, we would like to extend the offer for you to join the U.S military, Or more specifically the Enclave, we need the men, and from the armor we found you in, we cant see why you wouldnt want to be with us.

The man hit a button next to Jacobs bed. One of the walls slid up revealing a glass window. Outside the window Jacob saw part of a massive platform stretch outwards into a vastness of space. Ships flew around like bees circling a hive, and out beyond the vastness of the deep black space he saw a planet, but none hed ever heard of or even seen pictures of, its colors were of a pattern hed not know terrestrial bodies to possess.



But how? How is it possible? I was fighting at Crashid just a few hours ago, this cant be possible, it is impossible! For that matter no space station has ever been constructed on this magnitude, how in the world did all this happen.

Jacob took a moment to let it sink in, All hed ever known was apparently gone, his whole existance meant nothing now, He doesnt have much choice, the only place he can go is with them.

Jacob got up and followed the man, It was only then he realised not only was he not wearing shoes but he was in just a white shirt and pants. They walked down hallways and turned corners for quite a while, Jacob saw armored soldiers patrolling the corridors everywhere. They arrived at a room where a guard was standing behind bulletproof glass, behind him was the largest assortment of weapons and armor Jacob had ever seen.

Quartermaster, please issue one suit of standard Mark 2 armor and a laser rifle for our new recruit.

The guard stripped down a suit and a laser rifle off the wall and slipped them through a large hole in the glass. Jacob hefted it up, thankfully it was neatly compacted and with determined use of his arms he was able to get the suit, its helmet and the laser rifle comfortably in his arms.

Sgt Dornan please show our friend here the basics of wearing pwoer armor and the level use of a standard laser rifle. As far as we can tell he has already effective combat training so there is no ened for that, just show him how our technology works.

The sergent explained in detail how to take power armor on and off and how not to kill yourself while your wearing it. After he was done he had orders for Jacob.

The sgt was no longer screaming and was speaking in a normal tone. Good work Mor-on. Now i have a mission for you. you and another soldier are to guard colonel autumn as he represents us at the Nu Earth conference. Now go, get to the hangar wait for the colonel and his other escort, you will then guard the colonel with your life, every ounce of your being will be devoted to his protection you will do it ON THE DOUBLE!!!!!!

Yes sergeant! Jacob in his new power armor took his laser rifle, saluted the sgt and walked off to the hangar, asking directions every time he saw someone down the halls.
