Culture: Rogue Comet's leader believes that one person should rule. Believing that if he takes Nu Earth he will sell it and enlarge his somewhat pirate faction. As all of his army is mercenary, what Avrit believes they believe. To survive they plunder what they want and do what they wish. When no ships can be found to plunder they make haste to the closest colonized planet or a small backwater colony. Depending on the planet they will either plunder small cities or sell their goods and receive help from their supporters. They have supporters among some alien and human races alike.
Technology: Their soldiers are all human, no machines or robotics in them, other than the enhanced stealth soldiers. Their soldiers use advanced and enhanced projectile weapons, that rivals both plasma and laser weaponry. Their main ship cannons are like a gun, it shoots massive pieces of titanium as projectiles.
Mission: To enslave all Nu Earth Inhabitants and ultimately destroy the planet.
Ships: Their fleet consists of:
- 12 Decommissioned Human Corvettes
- 1 Unknown Alien Luxury Cruiser
- 5 Frigate Class Ships
- 5 Cargo Ships
- 8 Mining Ships
- 7 Cruiser Class Ships
- 2 Carrier Based Ships
- 9 Destroyer Class Ships
- 3 Battleships
- 67 Ship-to-Ship Transports (Repair Ships, Transports, etc.)
All the ships have been modified to accommodate a mercenary presence, no matter how small, they usually have at least a squad or two of troops.
Military stationed on Nu Earth:
Mercenaries, Black Gecko Tanks, Rhino All-Terrain Jeeps with various mounted weapons, Silver Fox transport Hover Planes, "Death's Bucket" 5-man drop pods, and Class IV Patroller "Scouts".

Base description: Their main base is in the desert. From there they can conduct guerrilla covert operations. It is all underground, buried beneath the sands. 5 large trapdoors are positioned all over the desert. Various small human exits dot the passages leading to the large trapdoors. Their base is a military complex that has been strengthened with titanium beams and armor plating. The entire thing is natural and has just been cleaned up and sealed. There are tunnels that have no exit that presumably lead deeper into Nu Earth, they have light to no resistance.
History: It started out as a small gang among a small colony. It eventually grew in size due to the leader's very good persuasion skills. Their first warship was an old mining transport with small weapons added onto it. From their they exploded from their small planet and started intercepting transports full of luxury and military supplies. Selling allot of their goods on the black market they were able to expand their warships and buy a decommissioned military flagship.
On one of their basic runs they came across a small planet. As it was not majorly colonized there was one small defensive outpost a few miles from the small city. As their ships closed on the city, the citizens flocked to the outpost. As soon as the outpost opened its gates it was full. Soldiers lined the walls hoping to that the group would leave after they plundered. Seeing their buildings aflame and crumbling, the commander sent out a detachment of soldiers to scout and report back. Moving along the streets they were picked off from mercenaries in the buildings above. Two soldiers stumbled back into the outpost. They reported of complete destruction and that the group was moving a battle group to destroy the base.
Armed with whatever weapons were available the citizens lined the steel walls and prepared to fight. Tank shells blasted the ground near the walls and blew a gap clean through a section. As the tanks were mortar types they proceeded to bombard the small unit of soldiers, while the main infantry charged. Opening fire the civilians fought on. Reaching the gap with their all-terrain vehicles they proceeded in and slaughtered the people left on the walls above. Rotating their chainguns, the vehicles mowed down the people running to the buildings. Making a small circle with their vehicles they waited for the infantry.
The soldiers burst into each building either by door or explosion and proceeded to shoot everyone they found. Reaching the command post they burst into the door facing a dozen armed soldiers and the Captain. Staring each other down the mercenaries waited for their leader to appear. When Avrit entered the leaders prepared to talk about plans of recruitment for his army. Refusing Avrit leaped up from his seat and proceeded out the door. Giving the order the mercenaries blew apart the remaining soldiers. The captain sitting with his eyes closed at his desk he prepared for death. As blood flew and soldiers crashed to the ground, Avrit came in and offered his proposal again. A single salvo from one of his ship cannons fired down upon their ruined city, leaving a deep crater and a wasteland all around it.
Rogue Comet has thus expanded beyond a normal faction's limitations, and is threatening to decimate everything that opposes them. Overwhelming numbers and greed have already left parts of the planet under Rogue Comet jurisdiction. The mercenaries and troops mainly do as they please and take what they will everywhere they are.
