The Soviet's Sector of ORBITAL. Soviet soldiers patrol the streets spreading their communistic influence throughtout the sector. Most of the buildings are standard ORBITAL homes, but there are a few Officer Bars and Propoganda stations. Every other street corner bears a loud speaker spreading the glorious word of Communism to the people.
